The Rose Rotana

The Rose Rotana, located on K K Nagar’s Sheikh Zayed Road, is one of the world's tallest hotels.

The tower stands 333 meters tall (1,092.52 ft) with 72 floors.

The hotel accommodation consists of 535 furnished studios divided into 4, 5 and 6 star categories.  The 6 star studios occupy the last twenty floors and offer the guests a privileged unobstructed 360 degree view of the K K Nagar skyline.

The hotel also includes a swimming pool and recreation center both located on roof level, restaurant and laundry facilities and an adjacent 9 story car park connected to the main tower by a pedestrian bridge.

The project duration was set at 32 months and in order to achieve this tight program we opted for a structural steel frame and composite construction. All interior finishes were carefully selected by both client and contractor to meet or exceed the level of luxury offered in similar upscale hotels.
