World One, Mumbai
World One is a 442 metre high development which will be the tallest building in India and the world's second tallest residential complex upon completion.
This development, consisting of 3 residential towers, will house 300 super luxury homes including 3 and 4 bedroom residences, high end individual luxury villas with private pools and state of the art duplex “World Mansions”. The 41st floor will be a refuge (open space) which will be used in case of emergencies.
Leisure facilities include a 3 level 1,858m² clubhouse and spa, a 7,432m² sports club and more than 200,000 sq. ft. of lushly landscaped areas for the residents.
The development will also include an 18,000m² elevated park and an observation lounge positioned 305 metres (1,000 feet) above the ground providing an unhindered view of the Arabian Sea and the cityscape.
Ample car parking will be provided (basement and 6 levels of podium car parking).
The development is considered to be high on eco friendliness as it aims for a Gold LEED Certification. An efficient rain water harvesting plant will be set-up to reduce water consumption by almost half and the other green measures will see the use of solar energy saving around 40% of electricity consumption. The building also boasts of a waste segregation and recycling plant.
